2026 Winter Olympics in Milan–Cortina

Deedra Irwin is an elite American biathlete and U.S. Army Staff Sergeant (SSG) qualified for her second consecutive Olympic Games, set to compete at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan–Cortina Known for achieving the best-ever individual Olympic finish for a US biathlete (7th in 2022), the Wisconsin native and former runner pivoted to the sport after a 2017 talent ID camp.

Deedra Irwin of United States in the women's biathlon 15km individual competition Feb. 11, 2026, during the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games at Anterselva Biathlon Arena. She finished 34th out of 90 participants
